Ballet Contours guides you through the ballet based techniques to ensure high quality, safe workout practices for adults looking for an alternate, low impact and mindful fitness programme. Suggested modifications are given in all BC barre routines to be inclusive to adults of all ages and abilities and ensure that everyone can make progress.

INSTRUCTOR TRAINING

As part of the brand development of BContours we are currently developing a programme that will empower barre workout enthusiasts to pursue a career in teaching using our unique ballet-based health and fitness system.
 
Our approach will provide practitioners with all of the tools required so that they can build their own successful barre fitness business, with infrastructure and support from us at BContours HQ.

BContours creates a friendly, inclusive workout environment offering detailed instruction and encouragement to make these ballet inspired barre routines accessible to all and suitable for all ages and abilities. Here our founder and director, Heather, is demonstrating a grand plie for thigh strength.
Ballet Contours offers expert instruction in barre fitness, using the same classical techniques as used to train professional ballet dancers. Clear detailed explanations make the online workout sessions perfect for beginners as well as suitable for those returning to ballet having previous experience.
