We have designed a unique system of movements and exercises designed to give you a tailored workout unlike other barre fitness classes.

Transport yourself wherever you are to our urban escape – our workouts were filmed in our studio in the railway arches in the heart of Manchester,  so while you are focussing on your core posture, strength and movement to unlock your ultimate conditioning, you can hear the buzz of the city at the same time. 

Ballet Contours is a form of holistic exercise that uses ballet barre training to raise the fitness levels of all adults, men and women, beginners and more advanced dancers, as well as using classical music to soothe the soul and calm the mind. BC offers high quality training through clear online instruction making ti easy to follow along at home. BC beginners ladies are doing a grand plie in 2nd position to build strength in the thighs.

LIGHT WORKOUTS

A 60 minute session suitable for all abilities, no experience required. 

Based on traditional ballet barre, these workouts offer both strength and conditioning while transporting you to a true escape from your daily stresses.

Ballet Contours works with hundreds of men and women looking for ballet based barre fitness to compliment their health and wellbeing journey. B Contours is an online, on demand workout programme for everyone to access and benefit from. Ballet Contours is working with beginner adults in a ballet lunge to strengthen the thigh and stretch out the hip flexors.

CLASSIC WORKOUTS

A 60 minute session suitable for all abilities, no experience required. 

This session will take you through a classic barre training as used by professional dancers to provide ultimate sculpting and fitness benefits.

Ballet Contours brings world class ballet based training to adults looking foar barre fitness classes. B Contours workouts are suitable for ladies and gentleman, all ages and abilities and perfect for working out at home with the BC on demand service - over 100 barre workout sessions online to tone your body, improve mobility, develop core strength and balance. The ladies at B Contours are working on grand plie, which is a big bend that will strengthen and tone the thighs.

EXPRESS WORKOUTS

A 45 minute session suitable for those with previous experience. 

A condensed routine so that you can fit in an intelligent, full body workout during your busy schedule.
